Fully connected ventilation, heating and hot water system, for more airtight buildings that still achieve good thermal performance. Home-B is a demand-controlled centralised exhaust air heat pump, with balanced heat recovery ventilation, that extracts heat from the stale air as it leaves the property and stores that energy to provide heating and hot water back into the building.

The addition of balanced ventilation allows this system to offer comfort cooling in the summer as a by-product of creating hot water. As with all Ventive solutions, intelligence is built in to ensure the system operates efficiently and matches the need of the end user.

Home-B uses a range of sensors to understand the needs of the space and a dynamic controls package that adapts performance to suit the conditions.

Users have an app to set comfort levels which in turn controls system performance. Ventilation rates automatically respond to CO2 levels to ensure optimum air quality is maintained – providing a healthy indoor environment.
